I bring more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health and have worked with adolescents, adults, and families from a wide range of backgrounds. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping people make meaningful changes in their day-to-day lives.

My practice has a particular focus on teens and adults, especially men, as well as high-performing individuals who may appear successful on the outside but feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck internally. I also work extensively with people navigating ADHD and executive-functioning challenges, substance use concerns, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.

Areas of Focus

  • Anxiety, chronic stress, and overthinking
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • ADHD, executive functioning, procrastination, and motivation
  • High-performing professionals and individuals experiencing burnout, dissatisfaction, or difficulty finding balance
  • Men’s mental health
  • Substance use and recovery
  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
  • Work stress, performance concerns, and career transitions
  • Adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, behavior, motivation, or school-related concerns
  • Supporting parents and families navigating adolescent mental health and behavioral challenges

I also have extensive experience working with adolescents involved in complex systems, including juvenile justice and substance-use treatment.
