Wellness is a not a destination; it is an active state of being. It is the sense of feeling whole and healthy in the present moments of our life.


Every life goes through normal phases of peaks and valleys. We shouldn’t mistake the inevitable, yet manageable, up and down nature of daily life as something that is abnormal and therefore needing treatment.

Sometimes, however, we get genuinely stuck or lost in the valleys of life and can’t seem to make our way out, no matter how hard we try.

When this happens, often times outside professional assistance can help us quickly and safely discern our goals and find the right path for us. Counselors are trained to help meet us where are in those valleys, and help lead us out.
